Across our projects, we look to be inclusive and work to support all age groups in the community including active ageing & dementia friendly activities. Our Dementia friendly initiatives aim to provide a safe, welcoming environment for those living with dementia and their families e.g Health Walks, Active Reminiscence and Technogym sessions which encourage participants to lead an active lifestyle while living with dementia
